Jon Booker

Jon, a native North Carolinian, is a graduate of the Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law at Campbell University and holds undergraduate degrees in History and Political Science from the University of North Carolina. Prior to entering the practice of law, Jon served as a helicopter pilot in the United States Army, worked as an air traffic controller for the Federal Aviation Administration, was a Series 7 licensed securities broker, and owned a restaurant. As a friend once remarked to Jon, “What a long, strange trip it’s been!”.

Jon enjoys applying his past and current life experiences and legal expertise to serve our clients in the areas of real property law (commercial and residential), wills, estate planning, and all things related to contracts.

Jon enjoys spending time with his family and pets, hiking, white-water rafting, gardening, cooking, playing his piano and guitar, singing, and generally enjoying life!

Kevin

G. Kevin Stewman

Kevin is a native of North Carolina and has been in the practice of law since 1991. He is a licensed attorney in the states of North Carolina and New York and is licensed to appear before State and Federal Courts in both jurisdictions. Kevin obtained both his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and his Juris Doctor at the University of North Carolina. Between undergraduate and law school, Kevin worked in banking for Peoples Bank (now a part of PNC Bank). After law school, Kevin continued to work in banking in New York, working for Chemical Bank in the United Nations branch, handling foreign accounts for UN members. In 1991, Kevin began working for the Long Island law firm of Bondi & Iovino. It was during this time (1991 through 1996) that Kevin was exposed to many different practice areas and he was able to hone his skills as a legal professional. Kevin’s focus in the past 15 years have been in the areas of real estate (commercial and residential) and in corporate services (incorporations and organizations). That focus has led to a boutique style service that is embraced by the realtors and end clients that Kevin serves. In his free time, Kevin enjoys traveling on his Indian Chieftain motorcycle and reading.

Gregory S. Davis

Greg, a native New Yorker, is a graduate of the Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law at Campbell University. In addition to being a licensed attorney in North Carolina, he also holds an MBA from Bowie State University and received his undergraduate degree in Economics from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. While at UPENN, Greg was captain of the Men’s Track and Field team, focusing on running in sprint and relay events. Greg’s focus is serving his clients in the areas of wills and estate planning, real property law (commercial and residential), contracts, corporate services.

Greg is a former Trust Officer with a large regional bank, and worked as a financial advisor with a Wall Street firm as well as a data warehousing consultant. He has also taught the Foundations of Finance and Portfolio Management as an adjunct professor at Meredith College. Greg has published “ABC’s of Money for Girls and Boys’’ and believes young children should review the basics of money early and often.

Greg enjoys spending time with his wife and their four children, outdoor activities, soccer, trail biking and building furniture.

Luis

PARALEGAL

Luis Enrique Bello Parra

Luis, a native of Valencia, Venezuela, graduated from Law School at the Universidad Catolica Andres Bello in Caracas, Venezuela in 2001. Luis has an extensive background in litigation, corporate legal issues, labor law, constitutional and administrative law, and real estate law in Venezuela and is bilingual in Spanish and English. Luis attained his Paralegal Certificate from the University of North Carolina in 2018.

As an attorney in Venezuela, Luis joined his family’s law firm of Carvallo, Bello and Associates in 2001, and became a partner in 2008. During his years in practice he represented clients in North, Central and South America, as well as Europe. He was a member of the labor law team as well as the responsible partner for the constitutional and administrative law teams. From 2015 until 2016 he was appointed as an Alternate Director of the Board of Directors of Editorial Notitarde, a newspaper located in Valencia, Venezuela. From 2016 until 2017, Luis served as General Manager in a professional beauty products company in Panama. Luis uses his experience in real estate law and corporate affairs so that our firm may provide the best service to our clients.

During his time off, Luis enjoys spending time with his family and participating in outdoor activities such as camping, hunting and fishing. He also enjoys playing tennis, racquetball and squash.
